Tentatively scheduled events include an early bird, extended programming training workshop, thanks in part to a partnership between The Disproportionality Technical Assistance Network or “The Network” and WIEA. This incredible event showcases the programs and services provided by the Lac du Flambeau tribe and surrounding communities. On Friday, May 12th, WIEA will celebrate the conference and Native culture with a Pow-wow at Lakeland Union High School. And finally, on Saturday, May 13th, WIEA will host their annual awards banquet and concert by Swedish singing sensation Sofia Jannok at Lake of the Torches Resort Casino Convention Center in Lac du Flambeau!
